Coaching certification program
The coaching certification program from this organization is really impressive. The training they offer is top-notch and gives a comprehensive program for people who want to become skilled coaches. What stood out to me was that they provide three certifications in one, along with a personalized leadership assessment that can really help clients. Life-changing coaching programme
The iPEC program (CPC and ELI-MP) was truly life-changing for me. It really pushed me to dig deep into my own emotions and past experiences, helping me become a stronger and more self-assured coach. The lessons I took away from it not only helped me improve my coaching abilities but also made me a better person overall. Right now, I'm working towards getting my COR.E certification and I'm excited to keep expanding my knowledge and skills. Even though iPEC isn't flawless, the benefits I've received from it are priceless. I wholeheartedly suggest it to anyone wanting to refine their coaching abilities.
Coaching training program review
I just finished this coaching training program and honestly, I have some mixed feelings about it. It took up a lot of my time and the trainers definitely knew their stuff. But, they kinda let me down on a few things they promised, like getting my own business up and running and making some serious cash. Plus, I noticed they were using material from other areas like psychology, philosophy, and religion without giving credit. Overall, the program was okay, but it wasn't anything to write home about.
Coaching program experience
My time in the coaching program was a letdown. The training wasn't great, it cost a lot, and the mentors were unprofessional. I had to pay a lot of money, which I later realized was way more than other programs with similar certification. The training itself was lacking, which made me feel unprepared for the certification test. Relying on peers to teach us wasn't enough, and I felt like I didn't have the support I needed to succeed. The mentor calls were supposed to help us get ready for the test, but they often felt scary and overwhelming, just like my classmates felt. Overall, I suggest looking into other coaching programs that offer more thorough training, ongoing help, and a better learning environment.
