Personal care and household essentials
I gotta say, the personal care stuff and household essentials I got from this store were seriously top-notch. Like, the quality was amazing. What really stood out to me was how effective the products were, plus they were super eco-friendly which is so important to me. I also loved that they made an effort to use sustainable materials for packaging - attention to detail like that really makes a difference. And can we talk about the customer service? It was A+. They were quick to help with any questions I had and really clear in their responses. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchases and my whole shopping experience at this store.
Ramen purchase
Lately, I ran into some trouble with my membership billing which was messing with my ability to get my hands on that tasty ramen I can't get enough of. Luckily, Margot, the customer service rep, was able to help me out real quick and get everything sorted. She was really understanding and got things done fast. What really impressed me was how flexible and personal her service was. Instead of just sticking to the rules, Margot showed she cared and treated me like a valued customer. It's nice to know there are actual people working at this company. Thanks to Margot, I can now go ahead and order some Spicy Ramen stress-free.
Large order, mostly damaged
I just made a really big order from this one company, and let me tell you, when it arrived, I was so upset with how damaged everything was. Almost every item was wrecked, except for a few lucky ones that made it through. I decided to contact their customer service, and I was actually pretty surprised at how helpful they were. They got all my damaged items reordered and on their way to me within just a couple of hours. Even though it wasn't really the company's fault that the stuff got messed up in transit, they really went above and beyond to fix things. I'll definitely be giving them another shot.
Membership cancellation and refund
I had to cancel my membership with this company because of money troubles, and I was so touched by how kind and understanding the customer service team was. They canceled my membership right away and even gave me a refund without me having to request it. It might not seem like a big deal, but it really meant a lot to me when things were tough. I'm really impressed by the company's values and the wonderful people who work there. Also, their products are amazing - top-notch quality and eco-friendly options that I'll definitely be coming back for.
Clay Mask, incorrectly labeled, replaced quickly
Oh man, I ordered this Clay Mask for my rental property and it arrived in a Night Moisturizer jar, can you believe it?! But hey, the product was still good, just had the wrong label you know? So, I reached out to them and just like that, they were like, "here's a replacement for free!" They even mentioned a refund, like who does that?! Honestly, it's the best customer service I've ever experienced!
Shower supplies and ramen
Public Goods has been a go-to in our house for more than a year now, giving us a variety of simple and effective products that really work. Whether it's shower stuff or snacks like ramen, Public Goods always delivers quality. With four stinky kids, we can rely on Public Goods to keep us feeling fresh every day. Once, we had a problem with a shampoo refill bag that broke, but their customer service team quickly replaced it without any issues. Toothpaste and shampoo
I bought toothpaste and shampoo from this company not too long ago. The stuff I got was great, and I liked that they make an effort to be responsible with sourcing and packaging. But I was kinda bummed when my toothpaste showed up all messed up. Even so, the customer service was really good when I reached out about it. They fixed the problem fast and made sure it wouldn't happen again.
Clean ingredient products
I really like how this company uses clean ingredients in their products. It makes me feel good knowing that I'm using safe stuff. But, there are a few things they could work on like their website and auto shipments. I'd also love to see less plastic packaging. It would be awesome if they had a program to take back plastic packaging to reuse it and cut down on waste.
Sustainable home goods
Hey, so check it out - this company totally knocks it out of the park when it comes to quality and customer service. They're super quick to fix any problems and always keep you in the loop. I totally suggest checking out their eco-friendly home goods!
Shower essentials order
I bought some shower stuff from this one place and it was really good, eh. Then I ordered more stuff for my Lakehouse because it was so awesome, you know. I asked if I could get some dispensing pumps and they sent them to me for free! So cool!
