I just bought some ski goggles and a snowboard jacket from U.S. Outdoor, and let me tell you, I am so impressed with how great their stuff is. Shipping mishap
I can't believe how some people can be so incompetent, eh. I made a little slip-up with the shipping address and ended up having to deal with a whole kerfuffle to straighten it out. It's crazy that I had to go through all that hassle just to fix such an easy mistake. The customer service folks were nice and all, but it really shouldn't have had to come to that. When I'm shelling out my own dough, I expect better service, you know?

Baked blush purchase
I recently bought a baked blush and I was really let down by how it turned out. The top part of the blush broke off from the container, and I saw that the bottom part was plastic instead of the actual blush. It was so misleading and disappointing because I've never seen a makeup product like that before. I felt really tricked by the whole thing and I won't be buying that brand again.
