I found the buying process easy and clear, but I was pretty let down by the company's lack of communication and follow-up. The ramp is actually really good quality and it's done its job well. But when it comes to customer service with R Titan RAMPS, there's a lot to be desired. I had to keep checking on my order and got vague answers from the customer service team. It felt like they didn't care about keeping me updated or making sure I was happy. Still, the product itself is strong and long-lasting, so I can't really complain about that.

Afternoon tea
Our experience at the tea service was really disappointing, eh. We ordered three regular afternoon teas and one gluten-free option, but the food quality didn't meet our expectations, no way. The scones were dry, crumbly, and just not good at all. My friend couldn't even eat her gluten-free scones because they were so hard. The cakes were also disappointing in taste and how they looked. On top of that, we were told we could order more tea or sandwiches but then got charged for six afternoon teas instead of four on the bill. That ended up costing way more than we were expecting, eh. Overall, it was a letdown, for sure.

So I was looking for some burn cream because I had a tiny burn on my wrist, you know? Someone told me to go online for some help. I waited forever and then this super slow person finally came along, but they didn't even help me! All they said was "nope, can't help" and then they just left. And they charged me $75 for absolutely nothing! Not cool, dude. I'm on disability and really needed some help, but I got zilch. And the website was terrible too.
