Primary driver adjustment
I had a little mix-up on my account because I accidentally put my husband's name as the main driver instead of mine. Luckily, a super helpful employee named Eden R came to the rescue and fixed it for me in no time. Eden was really patient and walked me through how to update the driver info so I could still rent a camper. Thanks to him, my fam and I can look forward to our camping adventure without any worries.

Sandals return/exchange
This was my first time shopping at this store, and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the customer service. I had a problem with a pair of sandals I bought and had to return or swap them.
