Christmas skirt disaster
I only had 14 days to return the Christmas skirt my husband ordered ahead of time, but it didn't fit. When I asked for help, they showed no sympathy. I lost over $500 and it ruined our Christmas. Definitely not shopping here again. 0 stars.

new backpack
So I picked up this new backpack from the store and I was really looking forward to using it. But when I unboxed it, it was nothing like what I saw online! The pockets were all in the wrong places, and there wasn't even a big zippered pocket like I was hoping for. I feel like this store totally fooled me, making all these promises and then delivering something completely different. And let's not even talk about the price, it's just too much. And the shipping fees? Outrageous. I had high hopes for this store, but man, was I let down.
