Recovery equipment
I recently bought some recovery gear from this company and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how good their products are. High-quality protein powder
I really liked the protein powder I got from HLTH Code. The package looked cool and the powder tasted awesome, not gritty like other ones I've had. It was nice to have so many different flavours to pick from. The customer service was top-notch too, they always got back to me fast and gave me good advice based on what I needed. All in all, I was super happy with everything and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Roomba i8+ purchase
I bought a robot vacuum that also mops from this company not long ago. My order came, but it was missing some important parts for the mopping part to work right. I tried to contact customer support right away, but I didn't hear back for a whole week. Finally, when they did reply, they asked me for info I had already given them. Even after calling twice and sending lots of emails, my problem wasn't fixed quickly or well. This bad customer service really affected how I felt about the company.

So, I recently bought a lifetime subscription to this VPN service thinking it was a sweet deal. But then I found out they have a PRO version for an extra $2 a month. This PRO version gives you cool stuff like split tunneling, faster speeds, and support for all streaming channels, which you don't get with the basic package. I got in touch with their customer support and they helped clear things up for me, even though there were still a few things that didn't quite add up. It was a good lesson for me about the importance of reading all the details before buying something.

Club O Membership
So I signed up for Club O on Overstock because I heard about the free returns, which sounded great. But turns out, it wasn't as straightforward as I thought. Only certain items qualified for free returns, but that wasn't mentioned when I was placing my order. Most of my stuff was from third-party sellers, so returning them was a real pain. I had to email back and forth with the sellers, without Overstock's help, just to start the return process. It was way more complicated and time-consuming than I anticipated when I joined Club O.
